Refund policy

At Alwaahid Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation:
   • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Policy:
   • We do not provide refunds if you do not like the fragrance or change your mind after purchase.
   • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the incorrect or damaged item with the correct product at no additional cost.
   • In exceptional cases, if a resolution cannot be reached, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to assist you.
